Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IS, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 12+ years in technology leadership; 5+ years at director level in complex environments.
• Strong business acumen with understanding of how technology creates value.
• Experience scaling IT org, hiring, prioritizing under resource constraints.
• Familiarity with data/analytics strategy and AI/automation impact on operations.
• Experience with SOX controls and public company compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow the IT organization with Development Manager, IT Operations Manager, and Data/AI Lead.
• Direct modernization of key business applications and platform.
• Identify opportunities for data, analytics, AI, and automation.
• Unify IT strategy across infrastructure, application development, and operations.
• Partner with CFO and executives to translate goals into roadmaps.
• Manage IT budgets and vendor relationships.
• Ensure IT controls support SOX compliance and audit readiness.
