Job summary

Duly Health and Care is seeking a dynamic IT Director Epic EMR to lead Epic Ambulatory initiatives, Healthy Planet, OpTime and related modules within a multi-specialty environment.

Reporting to the VP of EMR Systems, you will drive strategic roadmaps, improve KPI metrics, build and mentor a high-performing team, and partner with key stakeholders to ensure seamless EMR optimization and clinical workflow enhancements. Hybrid work arrangement.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience managing Epic teams, preferably multi-specialty.
• Excellent leadership, communication, vendor management, and collaboration skills.
• Proven track record in Patient Engagement and Access and optimization projects.
• Deep knowledge of Epic Outpatient Clinical Modules: Ambulatory, Beaker, Beacon, OpTime, Healthy Planet, Radiant.
• Strong understanding of the EMR landscape and its impact on healthcare operations.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Job Summary

IT Director Epic EMR - Ambulatory (Hybrid)

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Director, Epic EMR to join our team. A strong executive presence, exceptional relationship-building skills, and a commitment to continuous delivery are essential for success in this role.

Reporting directly to the VP of EMR Systems, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the clinical EMR portfolio and engagement through innovative technology solutions. Your expertise will directly contribute to our organization’s strategic goals of growth, improved patient outcomes, and expanded capacity for care. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of success in leading Epic EMR initiatives, with a deep understanding of Epic Ambulatory and additional clinical modules. Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for the Clinical EMR portfolio and aligned with the VP of EMR Systems’ vision and enterprise-wide EMR strategy.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in healthcare administration or related field

The compensation for this role includes a base pay range of $135,861.65 - $180,000 with the actual pay determined by factors such as skills, experience, education, certifications, geographic location, and internal equity. Additional compensation may be available through shift differentials, bonuses, and other incentives. Base pay is only a portion of the total rewards package.
