Job summary

Floor & Decor is seeking a proven technology leader to own multi-year roadmaps for enterprise applications and integrations, guiding large teams through complex programs. You’ll drive modernization with cloud adoption, automation, and AI-enabled tooling, while partnering with executives to align delivery with business growth.

You will develop senior leaders, enforce delivery standards, and ensure high performance across platforms, delivering value at scale in a fast-paced, retail environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 12+ years of progressive IT leadership experience.
• Proven success delivering large-scale enterprise technology initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Own multi-year technology roadmaps across enterprise applications and integrations.
• Lead multiple teams delivering design, development, and support of critical platforms.
• Drive modernization including cloud adoption, automation, and platform transformation.
• Partner with executives to align delivery with business goals and budget.
• Develop leaders and establish standards for SDLC, QA, and production support.
