Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an Engineering Delivery Leader to drive cross-functional engineering programs focused on Retail Front Store Modernization. You will build and execute roadmaps with AI-enabled strategies to advance the front store merchandising technology plan.

The Lead Director must prioritize effectively, communicate clearly, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment while aligning with architecture, product and PMO teams for measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

10+ years in Technology Program Delivery or similar leadership role.
8+ years leading teams in a matrix organization.
4+ years partnering with architecture, product and PMO to influence product development.
2+ years in a leadership role coordinating cross-functional software teams.

Responsibilities

Lead transformation and modernization roadmaps for Retail Front Store value streams.
Drive AI-enabled transformations and execution strategies.
Identify and manage risks; engage teams to drive resolution.
Identify and manage cross-workstream technical dependencies.
End-to-end program plan with timely tracking and reporting.
Manage program-level status reporting to stakeholders.
Define, measure and track metrics and business outcomes.
Foster AI adoption and best practices for delivery.
