Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an Engineering Delivery Leader to drive Retail Front Store Modernization initiatives across multiple engineering teams. You will help identify, prioritize, and shape complex enterprise programs while delivering accelerated transformations and AI-enabled modernizations in a fast-paced environment.

The Lead Director should excel at prioritization, communication and execution, partnering with Business, Product and Technology teams to achieve measurable outcomes and strong

Qualifications

Experience leading large software programs end-to-end
Proven ability to influence across architecture, product and PMO
Strong delivery discipline in fast-paced environments

Responsibilities

Lead transformation and modernization roadmaps for Retail Front Store value streams
Drive AI enabled transformations and execution strategies
Identify and manage risks and drive resolution across teams
Identify cross-workstream dependencies and coordinate delivery
Develop end-to-end program plans and ensure timely reporting to stakeholders
Define, measure and track KPIs to demonstrate business outcomes for FS merchandising
