We are seeking an IT Desktop Support On Call/Part Time professional to provide responsive technical support for users and workplace technology. You will help resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues while maintaining reliable IT infrastructure. Duties

• Provide desktop support and IT support for Windows computers, operating systems, Microsoft Office, and mobile devices.
• Diagnose and resolve equipment, computer hardware, software, and network issues; perform technical troubleshooting support and elevate complex cases as needed.
• Manage help desk systems and customer support tickets, documenting requests, actions, and resolutions.
• Support Active Directory management, computer management, and network administration, including DNS, TCP/IP, VPN, firewall, GPO (Group Policy Object), and TCP (Transmission Control Protocol) troubleshooting.

Qualifications

• Experience in technical support, desktop support, customer support, or a related IT role; strong customer service and communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Windows support, computer networking, network troubleshooting, and IT infrastructure; familiarity with Linux is helpful.
• Strong analysis skills and the ability to prioritize requests, explain technical issues clearly, and manage tasks independently.
• Ability to provide on-call, part-time support as scheduled.
