Job summary

WhiteWater Express is seeking a proactive IT Deployment Specialist to join our team in locations like Houston or Dallas/Fort Worth. This role involves planning, coordinating, and executing IT deployments to ensure operational readiness of systems, including POS and network devices.

Key responsibilities include installation, technical support, and providing training. The ideal candidate will have a relevant degree or 5+ years of IT experience, strong knowledge of IT systems, and excellent communication skills, with a high travel requirement.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of network infrastructure, POS systems, and advanced IT hardware/software.
• Knowledge in controls systems, low voltage, networking, and camera systems.
• High travel requirement (estimated 85%).

Responsibilities

• Prepare and execute deployment plans for IT projects and in-field support.
• Install and configure POS, network devices, and peripherals.
• Provide training for the IT team and Operations team as needed.
