Job summary

Atos Group seeks a Staging Center Technician in Dixon, California to receive, configure, image, and ship IT assets for customer deployments. You will work with field teams and logistics to ensure on-time delivery and quality.

The role requires 1–3 years IT support experience, asset management familiarity, and an Associate degree or equivalent training. Onsite work with comprehensive benefits is provided.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent IT training preferred.
• Experience with IT support, asset management, or deployment services.
• Experience configuring Cisco/network equipment is desirable.
• Familiarity with inventory systems and asset processes.

Responsibilities

• Configure, image, and stage network devices, servers and peripherals.
• Install OS, software, security tools, and updates.
• Validate hardware and software functionality prior to deployment.
• Maintain accurate asset records and track movements in systems.
• Prepare deployment kits and coordinate shipping and returns.
• Troubleshoot imaging and hardware issues; escalate when needed.
