Job summary

Atos SE in Corona, California is seeking a Staging Center Technician to receive, configure, image, and ship IT equipment, ensuring devices are staged, inventoried, and documented to company standards within a secure staging environment.

The role collaborates with field support, project managers, asset management, and logistics to ensure deployments meet quality requirements, covering device prep, asset control, shipping, and technical support.

Qualifications

Associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
1–3 years IT support, asset management, deployment services, or warehouse tech operations experience.
Experience configuring and deploying Cisco network equipment.
Knowledge of asset management and inventory systems and ticketing systems such as ServiceNow.

Responsibilities

Configure, image, and stage network devices, servers and peripherals.
Install OS, software, security tools, and updates; validate functionality.
Maintain accurate asset records and track movement from receipt to deployment to return.
Prepare deployment kits, coordinate shipping and ensure secure packaging.
Troubleshoot hardware/software imaging issues and escalate as needed.
Follow staging procedures and ensure compliance with security and data protection standards.
