Responsibilities include configuring devices, installing OS and security tools, and maintaining asset records. Requires 1–3 years IT support, asset management, or deployment experience and Cisco config knowledge.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in IT, CS, or related field preferred.
• 1–3 years in IT support, asset management, deployment services, or warehouse tech.
• Experience configuring Cisco equipment.
• Familiar with inventory tracking systems and asset management processes.

Responsibilities

• Configure, image, and stage network devices, servers, and peripherals.
• Install OS, software, security tools, and updates.
• Validate hardware and software before deployment.
• Maintain asset records and track movement.
• Prepare deployment kits and coordinate shipping.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, imaging issues; escalate when needed.
• Follow staging procedures and data protection standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized staging center.
