• Experience with organizational change management.
• Expertise in metrics and data-driven decision-making.
• Proven change agent capable of enabling teams and individuals from across different functions, experiences and geographies to deliver as they work through new and unfamiliar situations
• Intellectually curious and insightful team leader who can brainstorm with the team to generate solutions addressing challenges and roadblocks to accelerating value delivery
