Job summary

Fidelity is seeking a Delivery and Systems Coordinator within its Workplace Consulting Digital Solution Technology team to drive disciplined delivery across enterprise client projects. You will guide teams, translate product features into clear user stories, and maintain focus on timely, high-value outcomes.

You will coach teams, monitor delivery metrics, and collaborate with Product Area leaders to align strategy with execution in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Strong delivery background guiding cross-functional teams.
• Experience with enterprise tools: Confluence, FlowMetrics, Jira, Miro.
• Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, branching and merging strategies.
• Ability to create, interpret, and report delivery metrics for improvement.
• Certifications (PMP, CAPM, CBAP, Scrum) are a plus but not required.
• Knowledge of cloud concepts, APIs, and web apps.

Responsibilities

• Translate product features into clear, concise user stories with business value.
• Plan and coordinate delivery with Product Area leaders and cross-functional teams.
• Identify, escalate, and remove blockers to maintain progress and value delivery.
• Track dependencies and impediments; ensure alignment with quarterly roadmap.
• Foster continuous improvement through governance, metrics, and mentoring.
