Job summary

Brooksource in Charlotte, NC is seeking an Information Technology Delivery Lead on a 12-month W2 contract. The hybrid role requires 3 days onsite in Charlotte, with a 40-hour work week and hourly compensation.

You will oversee multiple IT delivery initiatives, drive process improvements, and coach teams in Kanban/Scrum practices. Ideal candidates have 7+ years of relevant experience, strong communication skills, and expertise in Jira/Confluence, with a focus on driving enterprise change and

Qualifications

7+ years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
5+ years Project Management (Kanban or Scrum) in enterprise IT environments.
Coaching at team and broader levels on delivery methodologies.
Proven experience driving enterprise change and continuous improvement.
Process design, documentation, and implementation expertise.
Advanced MS Office and Atlassian suite skills.
Ability to handle ambiguity and shifting priorities.

Responsibilities

Provide program management support for several initiatives such as large-scale technology buildouts and migrations.
Deliver solutions that meet business objectives with on-time delivery and high quality.
Conceptualize process enhancements to increase delivery effectiveness.
Instill innovation and continuous improvement practices in teams.
Manage team quarterly commitments.
Manage change with stakeholders appropriately.
Provide timely reporting of outcomes and progress toward them.
Execute the communication and adoption plan including training sessions as needed.
