YipitData, a leading market research and analytics firm, seeks an IT Delivery Engineer to design, implement, and manage internal IT systems across a distributed workforce. The role is hybrid with NYC HQ attendance three days a week, collaborating with Security, Engineering, and Operations to improve reliability and security.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in IT infrastructure roles, hands-on MDM and SaaS experience, and a drive to automate.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in modern IT, systems engineering, or IT infrastructure roles.
• Hands-on experience with MDM/endpoint management platforms and core SaaS tools.
• Proven track record delivering IT infra improvements with automation.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain systems and platforms for internal IT.
• Administer and troubleshoot SaaS platforms and endpoint management tools (Kandji, Google Workspace, Okta, Slack, Zoom).
• Manage device management and endpoint configuration across the global fleet using MDM.
• Partner with Security and Infra teams to meet security/compliance standards.
• Lead IT projects to improve reliability and efficiency.
• Evaluate and implement new technologies to enhance service delivery and automation.
• Develop automation to streamline provisioning, configuration, and workflows.
• Maintain accurate configuration and asset data for audits, and create documentation.
• Collaborate with IT, Security, Engineering, Operations to scale internal systems.
