Job summary

YipitData is seeking an IT Delivery Engineer for its New York City headquarters, with a hybrid schedule requiring three days in the NYC office. Responsibilities include designing and maintaining IT systems, administering Kandji, Google Workspace, Okta, Slack, and Zoom, and driving automation across global devices.

You will work with Security, Engineering, and Operations to improve reliability and efficiency while aligning with security standards.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in a modern IT, systems engineering, or IT infrastructure role supporting a distributed workforce.
• Hands-on experience administering MDM/endpoint management platforms (Kandji, Jamf, or Intune) and core SaaS tools (Google Workspace, Okta, Slack, Zoom).
• Led or contributed to IT infrastructure or platform improvement projects.
• Look for opportunities to automate and build tooling; avoid repetitive manual work.
• Comfort owning ambiguous problems end to end in a fast-paced, global environment.
• Clear communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders across Security, Engineering, and Operations.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain systems and platforms supporting the internal IT environment.
• Administer and troubleshoot SaaS platforms and endpoint management systems (Kandji, Google Workspace, Okta, Slack, Zoom).
• Manage and improve device management across the global fleet using MDM platforms.
• Partner with Security and Infrastructure to meet security and compliance standards.
• Lead IT infrastructure and service delivery improvement projects for reliability and efficiency.
• Evaluate and implement new technologies to enhance delivery, management, and automation.
• Develop automation and tooling to streamline provisioning, configuration, and workflows.
• Maintain accurate configuration and asset data for audits.
• Create and maintain documentation for IT systems, processes, and procedures.
• Collaborate with IT, Security, Engineering, and Operations to improve scalability and reliability.
