Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any major.
• Two years of experience for Departmental Analyst 9 or one year for Analyst 10 or two years at P11 level (as described) may be substituted for education requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist bureau staff with IT functions: troubleshoot hardware and software, provide database and web support, and process data information requests.
• Develop and maintain applications and section databases to track processes, enforcement, and audit files; train staff; draft procedures; and support imaging system.
