Northrop Grumman in Huntsville, AL seeks a seasoned Business Unit Security Manager to lead security operations for the GC2S BU, aligning policies with enterprise directives and driving cross-functional collaboration at the Huntsville campus.

The role requires Top Secret clearance, SCI/SAP access, and extensive crisis management experience to manage security plans, audits, and partnerships with facilities, IT, HR, legal, and sector leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and minimum 10 years of proven experience in security; or master’s degree plus minimum 8 years related experience.
• Current Top Secret clearance with ability to obtain SCI and SAP access.
• Knowledge of NISPOM, self-inspections, personnel clearances, and overseeing security for classified areas.

Responsibilities

• Lead security operations for the GC2S BU and partner with BU Leadership Team.
• Enforce security policies, align with enterprise directives, and drive cross-division collaboration.
• Lead campus crisis management and coordinate multi-sector response.
• Advise and mentor Campus Facility Security Officer and engage with government agencies and customers.
