Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 10 years of experience in IT/security or a Master's with 8 years, or a PhD with 6 years of experience.
• Active Top Secret/Secret clearance or eligibility required.
• Experience leading IT and cybersecurity programs and teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage an integrated IT and Cybersecurity team.
• Oversee delivery of Classified Solutions SOW and ensure program milestones.
• Translate strategies into detailed work plans and manage budgets.
• Maintain real-time status via ticketing/project-tracking tools.
• Coordinate training, compliance checks, and risk-based prioritization.
• Interact with executives, program management, and customers on technical matters.
