This role requires five years of experience in IT operations, specifically in PC and Server troubleshooting, along with expertise in Microsoft Dynamics and Azure environments. Responsibilities include managing projects, overseeing network operations, and liaising with plant management to ensure optimal support for all IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be skilled in problem solving and project management.

Qualifications

• Five years’ experience with PC and Windows Server setup and installation/troubleshooting.
• Experience in network troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with Microsoft environment including Azure and M365.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects for facilities or corporate organization.
• Provide assistance to users as escalated through FreshService ticketing system.
• Monitor and manage networks, phone systems, and infrastructure at facilities.
