Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in CS or related field required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience supporting POS systems in hospitality preferred.
• Strong knowledge of networks, databases, and scripting concepts.

Responsibilities

• Oversee IT-based applications and systems at the venue.
• Proactively maintain IT infrastructure at the location.
• Coordinate with Home Office, regional teams and vendors on issues.
• Provide systems support and manage location issue logs.
