Job summary

CTDI is seeking an IT Coordinator to maintain our information technology systems and networks, performing technical and administrative tasks to ensure functionality and efficiency of computer and telecom systems.

1st Shift: 8:00AM - 4:30PM, Monday - Friday. Pay: $21.00 - 25.05 per hour, depending on experience. Full benefits with health, dental & vision coverage, PTO, 401(k).

Qualifications

• Experience in network management and help desk support is appreciated.
• Solid knowledge of IT systems and applications.
• Understanding of TCP/IP protocols and LAN/WAN configuration.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair IT issues.
• BSc/BA in information technology or computer science preferred.
• CompTIA Network+ or Security+ certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Institute protocols for IT use across departments and projects.
• Provide advice on IT choices.
• Provide technical support or training for systems and networks.
• Act as link between end users and higher level support.
• Install and configure software and hardware (printers, network cards).
• Monitor system and network performance.
• Perform troubleshooting, repairs and data restoration.
• Perform maintenance activities (e.g. backups).
• Maintain licenses and upgrade schedules.
• Collaborate with other professionals to maintain standards and functionality.
• Other duties as assigned.
