Job summary

CTDI is looking for an IT Coordinator who will maintain our information systems and networks. You will perform both technical and administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and efficiency of computer and telecom systems.

This is 1st shift: 6:00AM–2:30PM, Monday–Friday. Responsibilities include implementing IT protocols, providing technical support, installing hardware/software, monitoring performance, troubleshooting, backups, licenses, and collaborating with teams.

Responsibilities

• Institute protocols for IT usage across departments and projects.
• Provide advice on suitable IT choices and solutions.
• Provide technical support or training for systems and networks.
• Install and configure software and hardware (printers, network cards, etc.).
• Monitor system and network performance and perform troubleshooting.
