As the IT Coordinator, you will provide frontline technical support to faculty, staff and students while helping maintain reliable technology across the organization. You will troubleshoot hardware, software, connectivity, classroom technology, user accounts, and other common IT issues, working closely with the Director of Technology and IT team.
This is a hands‑on support role that combines excellent customer service with technical problem‑solving. You will help keep end‑user devices, classroom technology, network access, and user accounts functioning effectively while recognizing when issues require escalation or additional expertise. Reporting to the campus IT Director, the role is full‑time, hourly (non‑exempt) and serves through the full calendar year.
