UtiliSave, LLC, a pioneer in forensic utility bill auditing, is seeking a hands-on IT professional to own day-to-day IT work for our small technology team in New York. You will be the first point of contact for IT support and vendor issues, collaborating closely with developers.
This role is technical, not just helpdesk, involving testing, QA, documentation, and maintaining systems. Reports to the Technology Lead; opportunities to grow into more development or scripting tasks.

This is a technical, hands-on role, not a helpdesk-only position. You'll be the first point of contact for IT support and vendor issues, and you'll work directly alongside our developers — supporting testing, catching issues early, and picking up technical work as your capacity and skills grow. Reports to the Technology Lead.
