Job summary

Insight Global is seeking an IT Contracts Admin for a 1-year contract, onsite in Monrovia, CA. The role reports to the Director of IT Controls and Compliance and focuses on IT contract lifecycle management and vendor management for the organization.

Ideal candidates have a legal background (JD preferred) or a business/legal/IT degree and 5+ years in IT contract management, SaaS, or vendor management. Proficiency with MSAs, NDAs, SOWs, SLAs, SAP Ariba, and Jira is important.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in contract management within IT, SaaS, or vendor management environments.
Legal background preferred; JD or related degree acceptable.
Experience reviewing MSAs, NDAs, SOWs, SLAs, and software licenses.

Responsibilities

Administer day-to-day IT contract portfolio operations with records and compliance.
Create, review, route, and maintain MSAs, NDAs, SOWs, SLAs, licenses.
Maintain SAP Ariba Contract Management, Buying, and Invoicing records and workflows.
Collaborate with Legal, IT, Finance, Procurement, and stakeholders for reviews and approvals.
Ensure contract data and documents meet company policies.
Improve contract visibility, reporting, and governance.
Manage contract intake, workflow coordination, and status tracking in Jira.
Monitor milestones, renewals, notice periods, and licensing obligations.
Support audits, reporting, and contract-related data gathering.
Identify process improvements for efficiency and compliance.
