Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in contract administration or related field.
• Experience reviewing and redlining contracts required.
• Experience with IT, SaaS, software or vendor agreements preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review, analyze, and process technology and vendor agreements.
• Redline contracts, amendments, NDAs, SOWs, and licensing agreements.
• Coordinate execution workflows with internal stakeholders.
• Track milestones, renewals, and compliance obligations.
• Maintain contract repositories and reporting.
