Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Review, revise, and negotiate terms across master agreements, EULAs, SOWs, and SLAs.
• Maintain centralized contract management, versioning, renewals and expirations.
• Support sourcing, vendor selection, and contract compliance processes.
• Ensure contracts comply with GDPR, CCPA, and company policy.
