Job summary

Solaris Energy Infrastructure, Inc. seeks an Analyst of IT Compliance and SDLC Governance to own the IT control environment for a growing, publicly traded company.

You will design and oversee SDLC standards, controls, and readiness, coordinating with auditors and internal teams from IT to accounting. The role combines hands‑on governance with leadership, partnering with SAP S/4HANA, NetSuite, SuccessFactors, Salesforce, and internal tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
• 7+ years of enterprise IT lifecycle experience with SDLC governance, risk, audit, or compliance.
• Direct responsibility for Sarbanes‑Oxley IT general controls, including Program Development and Program Change controls.
• Strong command of ITGC domains: access, change, development, and operations.

Responsibilities

• Own the enterprise SDLC governance framework and controls across delivery models.
• Manage SDLC control design, documentation, review, execution and reporting end to end.
• Maintain a central governance repository with standards, templates, and tools.
• Lead audit readiness activities and develop evidence repositories for SOX.
• Provide training and policy guidance for IT and vendor personnel.
• Lead cross‑functional governance initiatives and mentor team members.
