Job summary

Microvast seeks a Global SAP Controls Senior Analyst to lead governance, risk, and compliance for SAP environments. You will design policies, manage access, and coordinate internal/external audits to protect enterprise assets.

The role requires strong leadership, SOX/ITGC mastery, and collaboration with IT, Finance, and audit teams to drive process improvements and regulatory adherence across global SAP operations.

Qualifications

• Develop, implement, and maintain SAP governance frameworks, policies, and standards.
• Oversee SAP security and access management, including user provisioning and SoD.

Responsibilities

• Lead governance frameworks and standards aligned with IT governance and compliance.
• Oversee SAP security, access management, including FFID access and privileged monitoring.
• Coordinate audits related to SAP security, ITGCs, and SOX compliance.
• Collaborate with IT, Finance, and stakeholders to define governance requirements and risk assessments.
• Identify and mitigate SAP security risks and control deficiencies.
• Drive continuous improvement of SAP governance, security, and internal controls.
• Manage SAP lifecycle: change management, enhancements, testing, deployment, release controls.
• Support SAP S/4HANA upgrades with governance, testing, and documentation.
