Littleton Coin Company seeks a hands-on IT professional to keep systems running smoothly at our Littleton, NH headquarters. You will troubleshoot hardware and software, deploy PCs, and support the office and remote staff while protecting sensitive data.

Qualified applicants have an IT-focused degree or equivalent, 2+ years of IT support, and strong knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, and networking fundamentals. The role includes security tool rollout and occasional after-hours support.

Formación

• Associate degree in IT or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years of hands-on IT support (PCs, networks, or both).
• Working knowledge of Windows desktops/servers and Microsoft 365.
• Networking basics: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, Wi‑Fi.
• Experience supporting a business phone system.
• Able to troubleshoot and explain tech to non-technical users.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work under desks or on ladders.
• Excellent organizational and decision-making skills.

Responsabilidades

• Administering the phone system – additions, moves, changes.
• Set up and deploy PCs, laptops, printers.
• Retire old gear safely, including data clearing.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software problems; call in vendors as needed.
• Support remote access for staff and vendors.
• Roll out security tools (endpoint protection, MFA, training).
• Support Help Desk as required; provide after-hours support.
• Assist with operations and other functions as required.
