City of Garland is seeking an experienced technician to install and maintain electronic and specialty equipment in City vehicles, including warning lights, sirens, GPS, docking stations, 2-way radios, mobile video systems, vehicle radars, and inverters. Summary Responsible for the installation and maintenance of all electronic and specialty equipment that is installed in City vehicles, to include warning lights, sirens, GPS, computer docking stations, 2-way radio’s, mobile video systems, vehicle radars, vehicle wireless modems, back-up cameras, D/C to A/C inverters, and assisting with the annual 2-way radio preventative maintenance program. Pay Range: (Depending on qualifications and experience)
