Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond seeks an Enterprise IT Communications Advisor (Senior/Advanced) to lead executive and user communications for major IT incidents. You will craft updates, prepare governance presentations, and guide stakeholder messaging across System IT.

Qualifications

• 6–9 years of experience for Senior level; 10+ years for Advanced.
• Bachelor’s degree in journalism, communications or related field.
• Ability to think, act, and write quickly during high-pressure situations.
• Strong storytelling and communication skills.
• Excellent editing and writing skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365.
• Strong collaboration and facilitation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide 24/7 executive and user communications support for major IT incidents.
• Develop executive presentations for Systemwide governance groups and CIS executive meetings.
• Help develop communication strategies to improve effectiveness and impact.
• Provide consultation to stakeholders to implement effective communication strategies.
• Translate complex subject matter into simple, well-understood messages.
• Write, proofread, update and approve communications to service partners and users.
• Support communications tools, including maintenance, enhancements, testing, and access control.
• Ensure adherence to content and brand standards and promote consistent messaging.
• Prepare and deliver recommendations for management and executive leadership.
• Monitor media trends to enhance internal communications.
• Shoot, edit and produce videos to support messaging and training.
• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned.
