Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a Principal Information Security Technical Communications Consultant to translate complex technical information into clear, executive-ready communications for senior leaders, board and committee audiences, regulators, employees, and external industry partners.

You will develop monthly and quarterly reports, board materials, executive talking points, and newsletters, translating security topics for nontechnical audiences while collaborating with CISO leaders to align

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 10+ years in business with 5+ years in technical communications.
• Experience supporting information delivery solutions, knowledge management, and communication strategies.

Responsibilities

• Develop monthly and quarterly reports, board materials, executive talking points, presentations, newsletters and ad hoc communications.
• Translate complex information security topics for nontechnical audiences.
• Partner with CISO leaders to understand priorities and technical work.
• Participate in leadership discussions, ask clarifying questions, and provide constructive challenge.
• Anticipate communication needs and proactively recommend messaging and materials.
• Manage multiple recurring and ad hoc deliverables, deadlines, stakeholders and actions.
• Support external cybersecurity industry engagements and related materials.
