Developmental Disabilities - Central Office is seeking an IT College Intern for a temporary, part‑time position based at the Southwest Ohio Developmental Center (SODC) in Batavia, OH. The role supports IT infrastructure tasks, hardware imaging, and basic networking troubleshooting under the supervision of an Infrastructure Specialist.

Eligible undergraduates earn $20.00/hour and graduates $24.00/hour with flexible hours between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in an accredited college or university.

Responsibilities

• Supports Infrastructure Specialist (IS) at assigned Developmental Centers and offices.
• Images computing devices, salvages hardware, and performs general IT work.
• Assists with troubleshooting networking issues.
• Takes directions from IS staff pertaining to IT coverage at the facility and assists with DC requests through ServiceNow tickets.
• Attends meetings and takes notes when needed.
• Performs other duties as assigned within scope of internship.
