Job summary

NRDC's Information Technology Department is seeking an undergraduate intern to support ongoing projects for the Client Services Division. The role is based in New York and requires onsite presence three days per week.

The IT Client Services Intern will provide helpdesk and AV support for the New York office, including identification, prioritization, and resolution of end user requests, with opportunities to work on workflow automation, AI engagement, and data compliance projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide helpdesk and AV support for the New York office, includingMonitoring, tracking, and coordination of support with IT staff.
• Assist with projects related to workflow automation, AI engagement, and data compliance.
• Support the IT Client Services function to ensure smooth end-user experiences.
