ManpowerGroup, through its Experis brand, is seeking an IT Program Manager III for the Engagement & Transition organization supporting Network AI and Agentic Transformation across Network Services. The role requires strong coordination, disciplined delivery planning, and clear communication to align stakeholders.

The position is based in Chandler, AZ with a hybrid schedule (3 days onsite). Pay ranges from $60 to $65 per hour and offers the opportunity to lead complex change initiatives across

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating organizational change, communications, training, or adoption initiatives across multiple teams.
• Ability to develop or coordinate communications materials and enablement artifacts.
• Strong stakeholder coordination across central teams, business leaders, technology stakeholders.
• Experience managing delivery risks, dependencies, milestones, and issues for change-related workstreams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, tailoring for leadership and organizational audiences.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and drive organizational change delivery, including communication, training, and engagement activities.
• Translate transformation objectives into structured delivery plans, communication deliverables, training activities, and stakeholder routines.
• Coordinate execution across multiple stakeholder groups, ensuring alignment to standards, plans, and adoption expectations.
• Manage risks, dependencies, milestones, and execution issues for change-related workstreams with end-to-end visibility.
• Facilitate sync points across central teams, change champions, and leadership representatives to enable coordinated change delivery.
