Job summary

IDR is seeking an IT Change Manager to join a client in Brentwood, TN. This role focuses on managing the Change Management process with ITIL alignment, collaborating across IT and business units, and driving continuous improvement in change workflows.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in IT Change Management, strong communication and organizational skills, and ITIL v4 certification is a plus. A fast-paced, team-oriented environment is offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of IT Change Management experience with ITIL knowledge.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• ITIL v4 Certification or related cert is a plus (e.g., System Administrator or Implementation Specialist).
• Experience in large-scale enterprise environments is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete Change Management process, including standard, normal, and emergency changes, ensuring alignment with ITIL best practices and organizational policies.
• Collaborate with IT teams, business units, and vendors to ensure successful change implementation and continuous improvement.
• Facilitate Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings, ensuring proper approvals and governance compliance.
• Develop and maintain documentation for change processes and policies, identifying opportunities to optimize workflows and automation.
• Monitor KPIs and SLAs related to change management, generating reports and dashboards to track performance and compliance.
