Job summary

Vantage Data Centers is seeking a Change Manager to lead IT change governance across global technology teams. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of enterprise IT operations with change management experience.
• Experience using ITSM platforms like ServiceNow.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation, governance, and continuous improvement of IT change management processes, ensuring alignment with global policies and operational standards.
• Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of IT change requests from intake and assessment through approval, execution, validation, and post-change review.
• Apply a risk-based change framework to categorize changes, identify service impacts, define required approvals, ensure mitigation plans, and reduce disruption.
• Facilitate change advisory discussions, readiness reviews, scheduling reviews, and stakeholder communications across regions.
• Partner with business teams, site teams, vendors, and MSPs to coordinate change execution and manage dependencies.
• Maintain audit-ready change records including scope, risk, implementation plans, backout plans, approvals, communications, validation evidence, and post-change outcomes.
