Job summary

Harvest Hill Beverage Company in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a Manager of IT Change and Controls to lead IT change management, strengthen IT general controls, and partner with IT, cybersecurity, internal and external auditors, and business stakeholders. The role reports to IT leadership and is based in Cincinnati with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in IT, CS, AIS, Business or related field.
• 5+ years of IT change management, IT controls, IT audit, IT risk management, compliance, cybersecurity governance, or IT service management experience.
• Strong understanding of IT general controls including change management, logical access, IT operations, backup and recovery, and segregation of duties.
• Experience supporting internal or external audits, evidence collection, remediation tracking, and audit-ready documentation.
• Familiarity with ticketing platforms and change management workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the IT change management process across the organization.
• Chair Change Advisory Board meetings and track approvals and decisions.
• Develop and enforce IT change policies, standards, and procedures.
• Assess impact of changes with IT teams and business stakeholders.
• Monitor change types and ensure proper evidence retention.
• Lead post-implementation reviews and drive process improvements.
• Support design and testing of IT general controls (access, operations, backups).
• Coordinate with internal/external auditors and control owners for audits.
