Job summary

Mutares SE & Co. KGaA, Munich (www.mutares.com), a listed private equity holding company, seeks an IT carve-out lead to drive separation projects with portfolio management and local IT teams.

You will analyze data structures, plan budgets with the CRO, and develop IT governance frameworks, including IT due diligences for M&A activities across international portfolio companies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher degree in computer science or related field with strong results.
• Minimum 4 years in corporate, consulting, or IT-related roles.
• Experience in ERP, IT Architecture, Client/App Management, IT Infrastructure, IT Operations, IT Migration, IT Service Management (ERP/SAP preferred).

Responsibilities

• Drive IT carve-out and separation projects with local management and portfolio companies.
• Analyze portfolio data structures, processes and tools; design digital target pictures and monitor implementation.
• Plan and manage IT budgets with CRO and local IT teams.
• Develop IT governance and audit frameworks; conduct regular IT audits across portfolio companies.
• Support M&A by performing IT due diligences and assessing IT risks and value creation opportunities during acquisitions.
