Job summary

Experts Group International is seeking an IT Project Manager to join its private equity‑backed Operations team in the Midwest US, guiding IT carve‑out, transformation and post‑acquisition integration initiatives.

You will collaborate with portfolio company management, lead IT projects across acquisitions and separations, and align governance with senior IT teams and external partners to deliver measurable value.

Qualifications

• 4+ years' experience in corporate IT, consulting or IT transformation.
• Experience across at least 3 of ERP/SAP, Application Management, IT Infrastructure, IT Operations, IT Migration, IT Service Management.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT carve-out and separation projects.
• Analyse IT systems, processes and data and develop improvement plans.
• Manage IT budgets and project delivery.
• Develop IT governance and audit processes.
• Support M&A and IT due diligence.
• Identify IT risks, efficiencies and value-creation opportunities.
• Work closely with senior management, local IT teams and external partners.

We are supporting a leading European private equity group with the appointment of a Project Manager IT to join its growing Operations team in the Midwest US.

The business invests in medium-sized companies across a range of industries and works directly with portfolio companies to improve operations, drive transformation and create long-term value.

This is a hands‑on opportunity combining IT, M&A, transformation and operational improvement.

The Role

You will work directly with portfolio companies and management teams, leading IT projects across acquisitions, separations and transformation initiatives.
