Candidates bring 3+ years in related roles, experience with JIRA/SharePoint, strong analytical skills, and a degree in Business, IT, Finance, or a related field.

Formación

• 3+ years in Project Coordination, Business Analysis, PMO Support, IT Governance, or Finance Operations.
• Experience supporting IT software and/or hardware projects.
• Knowledge of Capital vs. Operating Expense classification.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with JIRA and SharePoint.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Responsabilidades

• Review and coordinate incoming IT project requests.
• Validate Statements of Work (SOWs) and project documentation.
• Analyze project costs; classify CapEx vs OpEx (capital vs operating expenses).
• Partner with IT, Finance, PMs, and business stakeholders.
• Support governance, compliance, and audit readiness activities.
• Improve project intake processes and operational efficiency.
• Utilize tools such as JIRA and SharePoint to manage project workflows.
