System One, Inc. is seeking an IT Capital Project Analyst in Minneapolis to support a Project Intake team responsible for evaluating and coordinating software and IT-related capital projects.

This role ensures complete, classified, and compliant requests move through review and approval processes. The ideal candidate has IT project intake, PMO support, or governance experience, with strong attention to detail and cross-functional collaboration across IT and Finance.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Finance, or related field.
• 3–5+ years in project coordination, PMO support, IT governance, or finance operations.
• Experience supporting software, hardware, IT projects.
• Understanding Capital vs OpEx and financial governance.
• Experience with project financial tracking and budgeting preferred.
• Proficiency with JIRA and SharePoint.

Responsabilidades

• Review and coordinate incoming software, hardware, and IT project requests.
• Validate SOWs and project documentation for completeness and accuracy.
• Ensure intake requirements are met before review and approval.
• Coordinate with teams to ensure timely routing and resolution.
• Determine Capital vs. O&M classification and proper coding.
• Document recommendations for financial and compliance purposes.
• Collaborate with IT, Finance, and project managers throughout the intake.
• Communicate findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Identify opportunities to streamline intake and classification workflows.
• Leverage JIRA, SharePoint, and automation tools to improve efficiency.
