Job summary

Gwinnett County Public Schools seeks an experienced IT Project Manager to support the Information Management and Technology Division's technology capital projects. The role focuses on initiation, planning, and scheduling of resources and IT Asset Portfolio management across the lifecycle of IT assets and software.

Qualifications

Requires HS diploma; Bachelor's degree preferred
5 years of large-scale project management experience in tech environments
Administrative technology project/asset management experience preferred

Responsibilities

Support IT capital projects initiation, planning and scheduling of resources across districts
Manage IT asset portfolio lifecycle for hardware and software
Coordinate with district teams and vendors for project delivery and SLAs
Support software license renewals and vendor licensing negotiations
Ensure PMO processes and catalog items are up-to-date
Reconcile monthly capital project budgets
Perform other duties as assigned
