Job summary

Community Reinvestment Fund USA, Inc. in Minneapolis seeks an IT Analyst to serve as a technology partner across the organization, combining business applications administration, systems analysis, and user support.

You will manage core platforms (Nortridge, Dynamics 365, Abrigo), configure security, perform integrations, troubleshoot issues, and document procedures while training staff. This hybrid role requires some travel to the downtown Minneapolis office and collaboration with vendors and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/IS or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in IT Analyst/Systems Analyst roles.
• Experience supporting enterprise business applications.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 and Windows environments.
• Excellent communication and customer service.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently.

Responsibilities

• Administer key business applications, including Nortridge, Dynamics 365, and Abrigo.
• Configure security roles, workflows, and system settings.
• Coordinate upgrades, troubleshooting, and enhancements with vendors.
• Support testing, implementation, and documentation.
• Provide user training and ongoing application support.
• Monitor integrations and data exchanges between enterprise systems.
• Troubleshoot data synchronization issues and internal processes.
• Assist with data quality and reconciliation.
• Provide end-user support for hardware and Microsoft 365.
• Assist with onboarding/offboarding technology processes.
