Job summary

Los Rios Community College District seeks an Information Technology Business/Technical Analyst I to lead business and technical analysis across district systems, with first-line support for designated areas. The role involves collaboration with business users, IT, and other analysts, and performance of a broad range of analysis and configuration tasks.

Responsibilities include working on PeopleSoft Finance/Aid modules, managing integration with external platforms, and producing detailed

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer sciences, MIS, engineering or closely related field and two years’ experience; OR a bachelor’s degree and four years’ related experience.
• Experience with PeopleSoft Campus Solutions Financial Aid and related modules.
• Strong SQL/PL-SQL querying, reporting, and data analysis.
• Ability to coordinate with vendors, IT, and business users; development, maintenance, and administration of applicable systems.

Responsibilities

• Primary responsibility for college-wide or district-wide business analysis.
• Primary responsibility for analysis, development and maintenance of technical applications.
• Research, set-up, and configure system functionality per existing documentation.
• Provide support for one or more similar systems or business areas.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation and runbooks.
• Conduct various analyses including cost-benefit, data, feasibility, and workflow.
