Job summary

The State Center Community College District is seeking a Temporary Business Systems Analyst to help analyze enterprise business processes and implement technology solutions at the District Office in Fresno, CA.

The role covers requirements gathering, QA/testing, report development, training and support, and collaboration with IT staff to ensure systems meet operational needs. Bachelor's degree and 3 years related experience preferred; valid CA driver’s license required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, public administration, MIS, or related field.
• Three years of technical/analytical experience in business systems analysis and applications development.
• Experience in a college setting or public agency preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides functional expertise to obtain complex information and generate reports for management.
• Writes complex queries to support data needs and reporting requirements; maintains code tables and tests.
• Conducts training on systems and procedures; updates training materials as needed.
• Defines and maintains security profiles; coordinates system access with IT staff.
