Job summary

Productiv Team is seeking an experienced Fonteva & Salesforce Solution Lead to provide immediate hands-on support while establishing long-term technical continuity within the organization. The role requires deep Fonteva expertise combined with strong Salesforce platform experience to translate complex membership-driven requirements into scalable solutions.

The ideal candidate will lead configuration on Fonteva, manage API integrations, data migrations, and collaborate with stakeholders across

Qualifications

5+ years of Salesforce platform experience (Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud)
2+ years hands-on Fonteva experience
Strong understanding of membership management, dues & subscriptions, events, and accounting integrations
Experience with API integrations and data migration
Comfortable operating as a hybrid business+technical liaison between stakeholders
Salesforce certifications

Responsibilities

Lead configuration, optimization, and enhancement of Fonteva on the Salesforce platform
Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
Drive technical solutioning, backlog refinement, and effort breakdown
Manage API integrations and coordinate with offshore development teams
Support data migration initiatives and system integrations
Collaborate with Business and IT stakeholders to ensure alignment
Ensure documentation, testing support, and deployment readiness
Provide knowledge transfer to internal teams for long-term ownership
