Dolly Parton Children's Hospital seeks a Maintenance Technician to perform preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment and buildings. You will report to the Engineering Manager and support the facilities team in daily operations.
Responsibilities include HVAC PM, electrical and plumbing tasks, conduit installation, and safe use of tools. You may cover on-call shifts and assist with special projects while upholding patient safety and quality care standards.
Performs preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment and buildings.
REPORTS TO Engineering Manager
Supervisory Responsibilities: NO
Minimum Education: High School Diploma/GED
License/Certification Required: Valid TN Driver License
Minimum Work Experience: 2 years experience in facility maintenance to include mechanical systems preferred.
Knowledge of basic electrical and plumbing.
Must maintain schedule flexibility, assisting in coverage of other shifts when needed.
Will be required to cover on-call in the technician rotation and respond when necessary.

Light lifting, pushing and pulling is required for 10-20 lbs occasionally and frequent moving of objects of less than 10 lbs is required.
Frequent sitting with some walking, standing, squatting, bending and reaching is required.
