Job summary

Prudent Technologies and Consulting, Inc. is seeking a IT systems support contractor in the United States for a 1-year assignment, with potential extension or conversion to full-time. The role focuses on system integration tickets and data migration between legacy and forward systems.

You will work with IT, operations, and vendor teams, monitor performance, and provide above- helpdesk level support with strong problem-solving. Extensive Excel use for tracking and reporting is expected.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of enterprise applications and IT support processes.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Effective communication and customer service orientation.
• Familiarity with Servicenow ticketing systems. Data Center experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage tickets related to system integration issues from lifecycle to development.
• Assist with data migration from legacy to forward systems.
• Collaborate with IT, SE&D, Operations and vendor teams.
• Monitor system performance and contribute to ongoing improvements.
• Provide support beyond a traditional helpdesk with strong problem-solving.
• Use Excel for tracking, analysis and reporting.
